Eco-Friendly

Yes, the Little Black Book of Contacts is eco-friendly. It is made with 98% recycled paper, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact. Also, for every item sold we plant one tree. 

This makes it a great choice for environmentally conscious individuals looking to build their network in the acting industry.. 

Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Returns

If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at connect@actorsbusinessnetwork.com. Include details of the damage and, if possible, attach photos. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. It's important to reach out as soon as you notice the damage to ensure a swift resolution.

You can return items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at connect@actorsbusinessnetwork.com to start the process. Note that some items like custom products and sale items are non-returnable. For more information see our return policy.

If you received your order and it's damaged, you should immediately get in touch with us at connect@actorsbusinessnetwork.com. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If you have not received the refund after 15 business days from the approval.

The best way to change your order is to email us at connect@actorsbusinessnetwork.com. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there are significant delays in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Once order is shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we're actively working on expanding our services and plan to offer international shipping in the future. Please keep an eye on our website for updates.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
